Which pool systems do you support?
We currently support iAqualink, Pentair systems, and Hayward OmniLogic. If you have a different system, reach out—we're always adding new integrations.
How does guest payment work?
When a guest wants to heat the pool, they visit a simple payment page (linked from your guest guide). They pay via Stripe, and the funds go directly to your connected Stripe account. You set the pricing. We also have options to import paid pool heating from your PMS.
What if a guest doesn't pay?
No payment, no heating. PoolPilot blocks heater access until payment is received. Guests can still use the pool—they just can't turn on the heater without paying.
How long does setup take?
Most managers are up and running after a short onboarding call. Connect your PMS, add your pool system credentials, configure your pricing, and you're done.
What PMS platforms do you integrate with?
We integrate with Guesty, Hostaway, Hosftully, Track, Streamline and several other platforms. We're adding new integrations regularly—contact us if you use something else.
What about technical issues with the pool systems?
We have advanced analytics monitoring the pool/spa heaters in the background. If something looks unusual, you will receive a notification so you can inform your pool man.
